Academic Requirements:

  • A completed post grad degree (MBA) in Marketing, CRM.
  • A completed graduate degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electronics/Robotics/Mechatronics/Electrical) is highly preferred.

Work Experience:

  • 0-4 years in Marketing, Sales, CRM

  • Academic background and experience at Customer Relationship Management
  • Excellent Presentation and interpersonal skills to maintain excellent rapport with customers and co-workers.
  • Ability to provide solutions based selling to customers
  • Organised working, good and thorough documentation habits
  • Proficiency in report making
  • Excellent knowledge of plant Layout, any academic courses done will be highly preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Excel
  • Detail oriented and excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to deliver solutions in under multiple and simultaneous deadlines
  • A self-starter with ability to motivate others
  • Willingness to travel as and when required
  • Ability to think on your feet, assessing and planning troubleshooting strategies
  • Willing to make a long term commitment (3 years)

Responsibilities:

  • New customer generation and retainment
  • Understand client requirements accurately, furnish design information regarding necessary customizations and communicate to design-development teams
  • Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs
  • Client persuasion regarding company products and services in terms of quality, price and delivery.
  • Maintain client and organizational confidence by keeping information confidential and secure
  • Assist in conducting market analysis and present findings to superiors and product teams to develop and enhance product offerings
  • Participation in new and changed product development, formulation and specification of these products and plant trials
  • Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
  • Analysing and investigating price, demand and competition
  • Calculate client quotations, maintain client accounts
  • Devising and presenting ideas and strategies to improve sales
  • Co-ordinate between service/technical support and Customers.
  • Planning Product implementation at customer end
  • Prepare reports for head office and keep customer records
  • Prepare proposals and implementation plans for clients
  • Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects
  • Organise and support marketing activities like trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • Provide training and produce support material for other members of the sales team.
